That some lobbyists are greedy for tips. And I think that's why you pay an all-inclusive fee.

I liked very much the quality of the people who assisted us during our stay, the very varied and rich meals, the spacious and comfortable rooms. I liked very much the recreational activities they organized for the evening (musical shows, craft fairs, etc.) I would have liked more if they didn't charge me!

I didn't like the pressure of these characters trying to force you into the timeshare system, I think there would also be a lack of umbrellas or quinchos. The idea of vacationing on the beach is just to make the most of it, we can't stand it because we couldn't occupy any thatched roofs during the days we were there. I also don't like the way they organized our entrance to the ocean (the lifeguard), we had to be practically all lined up. I don't know if this happens in other hotels.

The resort offers a variety of restaurants to choose from, with delicious food and quick room service. The property is beautiful and well-maintained, with friendly and helpful staff always available. The beach is nice, despite occasional seaweed, and there are enjoyable nightly entertainment options. Families with children will appreciate the amenities and activities available.

I liked the room, very nice and it had a view of the lagoon with wonderful sunsets. I loved the beach, the pools, the restaurants, the treatment of the staff, the cleanliness of the whole hotel.

It seemed to me that the all-inclusive was very limited in food and drink. Although the food was well prepared, they didn't have much variety. An important detail is the quality of the fish they offer, because despite being on the beach, it seemed to be cheap imported fish, with a watery texture.

One drawback is that the entertainment team mentioned in the reviews might not be present during all stays, potentially affecting the overall atmosphere and energy at the pool area.

The attention of the reception, the buffet restaurant even though their meals were quite tasty, when asking for juices or drinks left a lot to be desired since half of them were filled with water. One of the restaurants with reservations, Da vinci I think it's called, when I went I asked for carbonara pasta and bacon had only 1, however, the others were excellent.

Too loud music, bland food, I think that "all inclusive" is, in fact, not for us. Customers drink too much, make too much noise, all-you-can-eat food is bland. Failure to adhere to scheduled activity times. I wanted to take Spanish classes but the person in charge of teaching it was never there. It is true that I was the only one waiting for him.

I just returned from an amazing vacation at an all-inclusive resort in Mexico. The location of the resort was perfect, with several restaurants to choose from, including one with stunning ocean views. The waitstaff, like Victor and Elsa, provided excellent service, making our dining experience enjoyable. The resort also offered a variety of activities, keeping us entertained throughout our stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated and well-maintained, stocked with refreshing drinks. Breakfast on the beach was a highlight, with delicious food and the soothing sound of the waves.

There was one aspect of the resort that detracted from our experience: the noisy atmosphere caused by unsupervised children running around late at night.

The food was delicious and varied, with different options every day. The beach and pool areas were clean and well-maintained, with plenty of available chairs and umbrellas. The location was great, with beautiful views of the ocean and easy access to the beach.

The room was not cleaned thoroughly, with stained towels and a cracked mug.

We loved the beautiful beach, hot tubs, and swimming pools. The beach activities were great and we enjoyed the swinging chairs and hammocks. The staff was friendly and accommodating, especially at the restaurants. The food, including the sushi and poolside taco bar, was surprisingly good.

Excellent staff service, great variety at buffet, clean pools and jacuzzi, delicious food at La Vista and Pina Colada.

During my recent stay at Wyndham Grand, I had the best time at the Pina Colada restaurant. The food for breakfast and lunch was wonderful. The attention to detail, like the cookies, really made me feel appreciated. The service provided by Victor Zavalas were really good too make us feel welcome. I've been to the Omni three times and I will definitely be back!

Nothing, it is perfect.

The staff were friendly and treated me like family. The location, right on the beautiful ocean, was perfect. The beach was well kept and the seaweed was cleaned up regularly. The swimming pools were clean and nicely designed. I loved the set up and layout of the hotel, with the hot tubs and restaurants. The food was surprisingly good, especially the sushi bar and the poolside taco bar. The staff at Deva's and the poolside Taco Bar were proactive and accommodating. It was easy to make reservations for dinner at the Italian restaurant.

The service at the restaurant and beach bar was really good. The staff were really good too make sure our needs were met and made us feel like valued guests. The food at the buffet and the specialty restaurants was surprisingly delicious, with plenty of options for vegetarians like myself. The resort had two pools, one with a swim-up bar, and a beautiful beach where we could relax and enjoy the sun.

From the moment we arrived, we were impressed with the luxury of this hotel. the service was exceptional, with friendly staff fulfilling our every need. the spa and wellness center was a highlight, offering a range of treatments and exclusive amenities. the outdoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing, while the beach was easily accessible with beach umbrellas and sun loungers available. the restaurant provided delicious meals, including special diet menus, and the bar and poolside snack bar were convenient for enjoying a drink. the location was perfect for exploring the area.

The only issue we encountered was the limited live entertainment available. the karaoke and occasional musical performances were enjoyable, but we would have appreciated more variety.

This hotel offers an exceptional luxurious experience with exclusive amenities such as a spa and wellness center, sauna, outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, beach access. the service from the staff is impeccable, with the body scrub and massage being wonderful. the treatment room is comfortable with manicure and pedicure services at hand. The location advantages of this hotel are also outstanding, with a sun terrace, sun loungers, and garden area being great features. Cons: the only minor issue I had during my stay at this hotel was the entertainment not being diverse enough. While karaoke was available, there was no mention of beach umbrellas or a TV/leisure room indicating a limited range of entertainment options.
